CHICKEN SEEKH KABAB

The kebab is juicy, simple to prepare, and cooks quickly. Serve with hot parathas and green chutney for a hearty meal.

The seekh kabab, a spiced minced chicken skewered symphony, is both a cultural icon and a culinary canvas. It is a fragrant spice blend from the Mughal Empire that includes coriander, cumin, and garam masala. The kabab's simplicity permeates the flavors of ginger, garlic, chilies, and onions. It has won hearts and palates all over the world by adapting to grills, ovens, and tandoors. Aside from the skewer, the seekh kabab is a culinary chameleon, capable of transforming dishes into rolls, biryanis, and soups. It's a culinary journey on a skewer that celebrates the joy of simple yet perfect flavors.

I will share the recipe of chicken kebab with restaurant style. The kebab will not break or fall at all. It will be soft and juicy.

 MAKING SEEKH KABAB:

  • . First, we have to cut the chicken boneless and add fat.
  •  We will add one hundred and fifty grams of fat in one kilo.
  •  Cut it in the same way and add salt, chopped red chili, red chili powder, hot spices, black pepper, coriander powder, turmeric powder,
  • And we will add two tablespoons of ghee to it.
  • A pinch of sweet soda will be added just half an hour before making the kebab. This makes the kebabs swell and shine.
  • Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
  • Brush the grill pan or skillet with oil.
  • Place the kebabs on the grill pan or skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • Serve hot with your favorite chutney or salad.

Tips:

For extra flavor, add 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt to the mixture.

You can also grill or bake the kebabs instead of pan-frying them.

Serve the kebabs with your favorite chutney or salad for a delicious and satisfying meal.
