CHICKEN MANCHURIAN

A popular Indo-Chinese dish is Manchurian chicken. Crispy fried chicken is served with fried rice or noodles and tossed in a sweet and savory sauce.

Chicken Manchurian is a dish that is popular in Indian and Pakistani restaurants. Its sweet tomato ketchup and soy sauce-based sauce is a hit with both kids and adults. The best part about this Chicken Manchurian is that it's not overly sweet; it has just enough saltiness from the soy sauce and vinegar tanginess to balance the dish.

Chicken Manchurian is commonly served in Pakistani restaurants in a sizzler, which keeps the gravy hot and bubbling. This dish goes well with my Egg Fried Rice and Hot & Sour Soup.
